The Time Has Arrived for Class of 2027 Senior Portraits!
Our official portrait photographer is Victor O'Neill Studios. To sit for a yearbook-only portrait session is free. To take different poses, including casual photos, you will need to pay a sitting fee.
For each session type, the Yearbook Requirement (Tux and Drape) counts as one outfit. The Cap & Gown will also be available and count as a second outfit.

Senior Painted Parking Space Information for the 2026-2027 School Year
Please follow the steps outlined below if you are a senior and plan to paint a parking space:
Update for the 2026-2027 school year -
Students may only park on the right side of the front parking lot. Due to renovation, students may no longer park on the left side of the front lot.

To purchase a Brentsville yearbook, go to yearbookforever.com/ and search for Brentsville. There are options for a yearbook only or packages including personalization and covers.
You can also submit photos for the yearbook by clicking the Visit Yearbook Snap button at the bottom of the Brentsville page.
To design and purchase a Senior Yearbook Ad, go to yearbookforever.com/ and search for Brentsville. Scroll to the middle of the page and look for the "Create an Ad" section.
Ads must be purchased and created by March 19, 2027. Purchasing will close after that date and will not be reopened. No ads will be accepted by email this year.
Spaces in the yearbook for ads are limited, so purchase early. The price for ads is fixed and will not change during the year. www.yearbookforever.com

Class of 2027 Students and Families,
It’s already time to start collecting photos for the Class of 2027 Graduation Slideshow. The slideshow will have 1 slide per senior with 3 photos: A formal senior picture, a baby/toddler picture, and one candid shot.
There are also sections for the special events throughout the year: Spirit Weeks, Homecoming, Pep Rallies, Sporting Events, Prom, Senior Trip, etc. Please send your best pics from those events as well!
Please email photos to [email protected]. Photos for the individual student slide should be labeled with the graduate’s first and last name. Photos for the events pages should be labeled with the event name. The deadline for all photos is April 30.

When students encounter a technology problem on a school device, there are steps to follow to get assistance.
Some regular device maintenance will keep the school device running efficiently.
Observer accounts are available to Prince William County Public Schools parents and/or guardians of students using Canvas.
Observers (parents and/or guardians) can link their Canvas account to their student's account so they can see announcements and other course content. Observers may view the course content, but they cannot participate in the course.
Students and Parents/Guardians can follow the linked directions (PDF in English and Spanish) to set up the Observer accounts.
The deadline to meet the immunization and/or physical examination requirements for the 2026-27 school year is August 21, 2026. PWCS is partnering with local healthcare facilities to offer no-cost immunizations and school physical clinics. No-Cost Immunization Opportunities
Rising 12th grade students are required to have the final dose of the Meningococcal Conjugate (MenACWY) Vaccine before entering grade 12. Visit the Health Requirements page of the PWCS website for more information.
